Titus Williams     Commercial Agent

Titus Williams has worked as a financial consultant with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions for companies like BKD, LLP, a top-ten accounting firm. He also worked with the North Dakota Development Fund analyzing start-up companies in search of loans or equity investments.


He previously served as the legislative analyst for the Governor of North Dakota during the 2005 legislative session.  He has owned and operated multifamily and commercial real estate partnerships in the Midwest since 2006.


Additionally, Titus has held the position of adjunct international business professor for Dickinson State University and King Saud University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri and an MBA from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. He holds real estate licenses in Missouri and North Dakota. Titus and his wife have one daughter.
